As a legal basis that encourages information disclosure in Indonesia, especially in SOEs, namely:

  1. Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure.
  2. Regulation of the Minister of SOEs Number PER-08 / MBU / 2014 concerning Guidelines for Information and Documentation Management in the BUMN Environment.
  3. Regulation of the Minister of SOEs Number PER-12 / MBU / 10/2015 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of SOEs Number PER-08 / MBU / 2014 concerning Guidelines for Information and Documentation Management in the BUMN Environment.

That the PPID (Information and Documentation Management Officer) of PT Danareksa (Persero) was formed on August 27, 2020 as a Public Agency that has the obligation to provide and serve public information requests in accordance with applicable laws.

In carrying out public information services, Danareksa has an Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) who is responsible for providing information services which include the process of storing, documenting, and providing services and public information announcements. Acting as a PPID at BBI is the Public Relations and Secretariat Manager who works under the supervision and direction of the PPID Supervisor in this case the Corporate Secretary.

Danareksa prepares an e-PPID service that can be accessed online as an effort to make it easier for applicants for public information to get information and documentation services from Danareksa which provides information including:

  1. Information that must be provided and announced periodically.
  2. Information that must be provided and announced immediately.
  3. Information that must be available at all times.
