PPID or Documentation Information Management Officer is an official responsible for storing, documenting, providing and/or providing information services at PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa Number: 027/Kpts.1000/12.2017 concerning Guidelines for Information Control within PT Danareksa (Persero)

PPID Superiors

  1. Corporate Secretary of PT Danareksa (Persero)
  2. Supervision and evaluation of PPID performance.
  3. Solving problems related to management & public information services.
  4. Ensure that  management & public information services run in accordance with applicable regulations.
  5. Policy makers with the approval of the Board of Directors.
  6. Report information service activities to the Board of Directors and the Information Commission.


  1. PPID Public Relations & Secretarial Staff
  2. Coordination of the collection of all public information from each work unit.
  3. Coordination of public information data collection.
  4. Provision and service of public information.
  5. Refuse a request for information in writing if the information requested is excluded information.
  6. Conducting a consequence test.
  7. Ensure the filing of objections in accordance with the procedure.

PPID Implementer

  1. Public Relations and Secretarial Staff
  2. Assist PPID in storing, classifying & providing information.
  3. Help PPID make regular reports.
  4. Manage the registration book of requests for information and objections.
  5. Provide services to requests for information.
  6. Deal directly with the information applicant (if needed).
  7. Administration of information services.
  8. Public Information List Updates.

Danareksa PPID Public Information Service is carried out through the Public Information Service Room and/or online using an electronic form at:

  • Monday – Thursday: 09.00 – 14.00 WIB
  • Break : 12.00 – 13.00 WIB
  • Friday: 09.00 – 14.00 WIB
  • Break: 11.00 – 13.00 WIB
