PT Danareksa (Persero) (Danareksa/Holding SOEs Danareksa) today announced new President Director of the company based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the company (Persero) PT Danareksa Number: SK-31/MBU/02/2023 concerning Dismissal and Appointment Members of the Board of Directors of the Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Danareksa, and officially appointed Yadi Jaya Ruchandi as President Director to lead PT Danareksa (Persero).

The appointment of Yadi as new President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) succeeds Arisudono Soerono who has previously served as President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) since 2020. With the appointment of Yadi as President Director, the composition of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) has changed to become as follows:
