Jakarta, March 11, 2022 - The rapid growth of reform and globalization increasingly encourages and opens up women`s opportunities in becoming a leader and managing an organization to achieve their goals. At present, the role of Indonesian women is present in every professional field, ranging from the president, ministers, entrepreneurs, and other positions in an organization with capabilities as evidenced by various achievements. In fact, based on a survey conducted by Grant Thornton in the Women in Business 2022 report, Indonesia is a country with women in the 5th senior management position. The assessment of the award recipient was carried out a series of study activities, one of which was through media monitoring.
