JAKARTA - PT Danareksa (Persero) (Danareksa) has officially taken 67% of PT Jalin Payment Nusantara (Jalin) as a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom). The signing of the acquisition was carried out by the President Director of Danareksa Arief Budiman and Telkom President Director Ririek Adriansyah in Jakarta (19/06).
