Jakarta, May 23, 2022 - PT Danareksa (Persero) "Danareksa" today announced the resignation of Mirza Adityaswara as Danareksa`s Independent Commissioner Effective on May 23, 2022. This resignation was in connection with the election of Mirza Adityaswara as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Commissioner of Financial Services Authority (OJK) period 2022-2027.

As information, Mirza Adityaswara was appointed as Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State -Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number 324/MBU/10/2020.
