Jakarta, December 20, 2018. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. and PT Danareksa (Persero) completed the transaction of the takeover of shares over Danareksa Investment Management. With the completion of this transaction, the structure of Danareksa Investment Management`s ownership changed to 65% owned by PT Danareksa (Persero) and 35% owned by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk.
