Indonesia’s Current Account Deficit widesned to 2.84% of the gross domestic product in the fourth quarter, increased pressure on policymakers as they seek to spur growth in southeast asia`s biggest economy. The current account deficit, the broadst measure of trade in goods and services, was $ 8.1 billion and in line with economists expectations, according to data released by bank Indonesia on Monday. While the deficit wurated comparated to a revised 2.6% in the third quarter, the full-year figure narrowed to 2.7% of GDP Compared to a Revised 2.9% in 2018.
