JAKARTA - The location of SOEs scattered in various places encourages the initiative of the Ministry of SOEs to establish BUMN Center which is a synergy between 3 buildings on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan. The construction of the BUMN Center involved the Ministry of SOE Building, the Telkom Building and the Danareksa Building. Until now, Indonesia does not yet have a building that can integrate SOEs with the Ministry of SOEs as the controller, for that Danareksa Building is considered to have the right location as one of the points for the construction of the BUMN Center in the Ring 1. Concentration of the BUMN office in 1 building will help communication between SOEs and controllers become more effective. It is hoped that with this construction SOEs will have more options to open their business activities around the ring area 1. As a concrete step in the construction of the BUMN Center, PT Danareksa (Persero) in collaboration with PT PP Tbk will build and develop the Danareksa building. The collaboration between the two SOEs in terms of optimization of assets will certainly be a positive synergy for the government as the controller. The signing of the cooperation contained in the alignment of the BUMN Center between PT Danareksa (Persero) and PT PP (Persero) Tbk, was held at the Ministry of BUMN Office, Sunday, May 5, 2019. The signing of this collaboration was carried out directly by Arief Budiman, President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) and Lukman Hidayat, President Director of PT PP (Persero) Tbk.Arief Budiman, President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) said, "What we do is an effort to optimize our assets. In the construction process, PT PP (Persero) Tbk will implement BIM, VR and Photogrammetry technology so that the implementation of construction becomes faster, accurate, efficient and produces powerful products. Colliers International said that the supply of offices will experience significant growth in 2019 to 2021. In that time there will be additional supplies of up to 1.5 million square meters. Meanwhile, the data reported by Savills Indonesia said, throughout 2019 there would be an additional supply of office space of 600,000 square meters.
