JIEP) is a developer and manager of an industrial estate formed on June 26, 1973 to replace the Pulogadung Industrial Estate Project to support the development of the needs of the industrial community. The location of Pulogadung was chosen because of its strategic location and adequate access to transportation and distribution throughout the DKI Jakarta area.
Joined Danareksa Holding as well as the first company in Indonesia engaged in the development and management of industrial estates owned by 50% owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through PT Danareksa (Persero), 50% owned by DKI Jakarta Province.
